In July 2009, it acquired Mobytec, a social aggregation and phone book management service provider in UK. Earlier in February 2009, it acquired Music2You, a music download and subscription services platform from Nokia Siemens Networks, and in November 2008, it acquired Dx3, a digital content delivery services provider in UK."
Definite a panther leap ahead for IMImobile. A splendid master stroke from Mr. Vish (Chairman and CEO of IMImobile)
IMImobile had just leaped ahead in the last 2-4 years. 1) Mobytec: will strengthen its social networking platform. Probably good complement to its mobile blog product 2)Music2You: will help then to monetize their rich content portfolio further
3) Dx3: Good compliment with IMImobile's strong home grown DA-Vince CMS platform
An IPO worth waiting for in coming years. Time will tell, how best synergy got achieved. Difficult to digest so many acquisitions in such small duration. Operational integration is the challenge to over come and watch!
Probably an interesting phase IMImobile is undergoing as an organization
